He recommended conservative care and continued use of what I knew to help, yoga. I am now a certified yoga teacher and while I can prevent further damage, life gets lifey and that’s when I take the next step and return.

First and foremost, Anna disc center has the most excellent people. Dr. Roe and his staff made me feel so welcome and at ease. The initial exam is very thorough which is the hallmark of a qualified chiropractor. I never recommend a chiropractor who does not insist on taking x-rays doing a full exam and taking the time needed to explain your results and course of action in detail.

The centers therapies are top notch, from decompression to ultrasound and the incredible matrix machine. My health, my sleep, and my overall quality of life has definitely improved since my first visit with Dr. Roe and the wonderful staff at Anna Disc Center! I would recommend their services to any of my family and friends in need.

I was referred to Dr Roe by my daughter in law. I have now been in the decompression program for the 13th treatment. My back is so much better and I am delighted with the doctor and the staff. Anna Disc Center and Dr. Roe did a great job helping me recover from the first migraine I ever had in 60 years. With on premises, x-rays, neck adjustment, and some muscle manipulation what had been a 14 day debilitating pain without meds went away very quickly. i’ll add an incredibly reasonable price. Dr Roe fixed me. I had been seeing chiropractors for about 8 years. They had been happy to take my money and crack my neck. We moved to Anna. We found the local Chiropractor, Dr Roe. Dr Roe did his examination and started me on a program, not just a temp fix. After a few visits he progressed me into some stretching and strengthening exercises. With his guidance and fearless treatment, I am now free of pain and headaches. I have since moved again, but, since I'm still prone to hurt myself, I still get to see Dr Roe from time to time. Later, I hurt my neck again, this time, it was more serious. After the MRI the insurance people wanted to cut me open! Dr Roe felt confident that he could help my case with good therapy. He took careful measurements and started me on his traction table. Its now 2 years later and the numbness/tingling has not returned. Dr Roe is truly on of God's great healers. Its no surprise that he has attracted the aide of such a wonderful staff. What a team!
